Return & Refund Policy

Print-on-demand note
Every UMAVIK item is made to order. When you place an order, it goes straight into production — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind.
Why? Printed-to-order garments are custom-made specifically for you. Accepting general returns would mean discarding brand-new, custom clothing — something we choose not to do out of respect for sustainability and fair production.
When we do accept a return or refund
We will issue a full refund, replacement, or store credit if your order arrives with any of the following:
Defective print | Damaged item | Wrong item shipped | Wrong size due to our error | Significantly miscolored print
These issues are fully covered — no questions asked. We stand behind the quality of every item that leaves production.
What is not eligible
Change of mind | Wrong size ordered by customer | Item already worn or washed | Request after 14-day window | Minor color variation (screen vs print)
Size tip: Please refer to our detailed size guide on each product page before ordering. Color on screen may vary slightly from the printed garment — this is normal for print-on-demand and is not considered a defect.
Time window
All claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process any refund or replacement requests. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.
How to raise a claim
1. Email us at support@umavik.com with your order number in the subject line.
2. Attach clear photos of the item showing the defect, damage, or error. Photos of the full garment and the issue area are both required.
3. Describe the issue briefly — what you received vs. what you expected.
4. We will respond within 2 business days with a resolution: replacement, refund, or store credit — your choice.
Refund method & timeline
Original payment method Store credit option Free replacement
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Shopify store credits are applied instantly.
Return shipping
For defective or incorrect items, you do not need to ship the item back. We resolve all valid claims digitally — just the photos and your order details are sufficient. This saves you the hassle and keeps things simple.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the item, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund your order if the carrier confirms a loss.
Note: UMAVIK is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
